The Singapore fellowship known as the Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) is a collaboration between the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) and Singapore Management University (SMU).

- Full tuition fee support.
- Stipends: S$2200 per month (S$26 400 per year), which will be increased to S$2700 per month (S$32 400 per year) after passing the qualifying exams.
- One-time settling-in allowance of S$1,000 (S$1,000)
- One-time airfare allowance of S$1,500 Singapore dollars
